Actually I have extremely nad body genetics, now I know this may sound odd but I have been lifting for 4 months now and before lockdown I had lifted for 7-8 months straight. I have extremely skinny fat genetics, and I have a hard putting on muscle. Currently I can incline bench 60kg for 15 reps, 50 kg ohp for 8 reps, 135kg deadlift 1 rep.have u lifted before?

Yes you can his physique is very realistic ..you can build that body doing just bodyweight z running and training for boxing ..I do MMA and I kinda have that physique ..except I still have some bulk from the bulking I did few months ago ..I'm cutting nowI want to have a physique like brad pitt in fight club?
