Since this forum uses XenForo, it IS possible to re-activate disabled accounts. I know this for a fact because I have created demos using XenForo for myself, and have tested things like this out.
My old account went by many names, the last name I ever had before I self-deleted was 'Nakolas'.
Here is the account:
I self-deleted on November 27th, 2024, and ever since then, there has not been one day that has gone by where I don't deeply regret what I did. I would do anything to have this account re-activated. I know that when you self-delete, you must wait 3 months before you can return under a new account, but the problem is, I just can't wait that long. Deleting my account was extremely impulsive for me to do, as I should've thought more about whether I should've deleted or not.
But please, just do anything that's possible to re-enable it, that's all I want, and it's totally possible because there have been several users here in the past who have self-deleted who actually DID manage to get their accounts re-activated.
