Im 177cm at night and 179cm in the morning
Can i grow upto 183
Also i have bad posture
 
No you can't. kill yourself. :/
 
Wear lifts or do leg lengthening. Heightmaxxing is only realistic if you're still growing. I doubt your posture is insanely bad that you'd go to 6ft
