Yeah I know you can pay for better quality but I thought over time they needed to be readjusted or changed due to facial structure changing with age

To be honest idk. Titanium implants last for hella long but I m not sure if they should be replaced. Ask @Aryan Incel he knows

If ur nose is ur only only aesthetic issue maybe u could consider it rationally or if ur not doing it for deviated septum or breathing issues.

There’s a different cause for different cases. Even if I got a bimaxillary osteotomy and brought my maxilla forward, the aesthetic issues with my nose wouldn’t be fixed. So, ideally you’d do a rhinoplasty too.
