Can I hop on Accutane while sick?

As the title says, I'm currently "sick"
Now I feel fine, actually good. Apart from more fatigue and wanting to sleep more. But I've had 37,5°C or 100°F ED for the past month and a bit
Every lab seems fine shows nothing that I am sick, I'll go check at a different hospital in a few days.
I'm currently on 8ius hgh ant 6,25mg aromasin ed and a few otc supplements, but nothing should cause persistent elevated temp like this.
Now I've purchased my Accutane almost 2 months back, And I wanna hop on finally.

Can I hop on Accutane or will I make it just worse?

Yeah ill use 2g of omega 3, the reason I want to take accutane is because of my nose it's unideal. But its hella oily and i have large pores. I think I could reduce the size by 20-40% may be too optimistic but wtv. Just wanted to ask is 20mg for 3 months enough to see maximum nose reduction changes or should I up the dose and the time?

6 months and im not entirely sure how it works for nose
