Can i hope on accutane without any acne breakouts just for the nose shrinking?

I have pretty oily nose and i look way better with a slimmer nose in the morph but is this worth the risk , my skin is not super clear or anything there is mild acne marks i am not sure if accutane would do anything for the acne marks but yeah
