Can I improve my looks just by growing up

Im 17 and I’m mltn-hltn. Can I improve my looks till like 19-20 if I just keep good posture and go to the gym? Or is there any other things besides exogenous hormones that’s gonna help me ascend? Bc a lot of transformations were like from 17-18 to 19-20
