I didn't play sport ever since I started puberty and my bone density is shit. Can I make up for it by starting a bone density regime?
Does high bone density also mean high bone mass?

bone density - yes
bone mass - no

no
Can I ever make up for the bone density I should've gotten in puberty?
I imagine the bone density accretion would be significantly less at this age

yes, if in puberty. Workout, K2, D3 and eat nutrient-dense and calorie-dense foods, you might be able to squeeze a little more bone growth, not much by any means but it's worth a try.

no
Physics says otherwise

The density (more precisely, the volumetric mass density; also known as specific mass), of a substance is its mass per unit volume. The symbol most often used for density is ρ (the lower case Greek letter rho), although the Latin letter D can also be used. Mathematically, density is defined as mass divided by volume:[1]

I do all these things

Would higher bone density mean heavier bones?
