Depends if ur growth plates are closed u are kind of cooked and if they are still open just blast steroids u should go to a Doctor to see if they are still open

are useriously 18 bro no hate u look 14 maybe 15 max you can get MSE if you want it works on bones that are already fused but overall your mandible is not severely recessed so if u want u can mse for maxilla then just softmax/run peptides or roids train your neck too

MSE is a palate expander yes but it does good work on projecting the maxilla and midface area but ultimately up to you
