Can i jus use hydrogen peroxide on my teeth to whiten?? is it possible how to do that?

I have HEARD (i dont have much knowledge on this) that you can mix it with 2 parts baking soda and brush your teeth for a couple minutes once or twice a week

apply it w cotton earbuds onto ur teeth, itll take much longer to see results tho obviously
