Thanks man . Is there anything else i could improve? and a opinion ,how long does it takes to lose face fat/puffiness , its been 1.5 months i am hitting the gym i see slight changes but my face is stillfull( i do less salt sugar and do pottasium intake aswell + fascia release)

Lose weight, when I was cutting carbs and salt my mental health wasnt in a good condition.
Try to cut but dont go crazy
