Can I look as good as I used to?

This first pic is me 5 years ago, I’m 18 now and I’m a late bloomer as well so that’s why I prob look younger than that, but if I looked like this before can I again? I feel like my jaw isn’t as good and neither are all my facial features, idk if it’s like fixable. And how the fuck did my canthal tilt change so much, what can I do to look like better I just feel like I looked more attractive when I was in 7th grade yes I know I just grew up but still
