if u go outside the air from going outside will brush aganist your face in the opposite direction like so.

due to the prolonged effects on the face your face will become like this, because there is a theory that says bone adapts to forces applied on the face.

Growthplates don't determine your face jfl.

Your face's sutures don't ever fully harden until 30, so if you mouthbreath you're going to fuck yourself up.

My face changed from 19 to 25 and since then I look the same. So I guess your face can change in positive or negative way.
