Can i make my ortho give me MSE?

They offer it but havent said anything about it my maxilla is reccessed from the side but you can tell from the front same with jaw and chin you think if i tell them i am considering double jaw surgery when older and want mse they might do it?

I mainly want it for the foward pulling device as it can give 2-5 mm of projection on average

The side of my tounge would also be raw from my narrow pallete before braces i have to never close my jaw
