LTRing one and cheating with the other will probably the more realistic thing, been there, done that, but depends on how serious you see the relationship and how emotionally invested the girls are. i basically just blew off 2 potential flings because i didn't want to risk the LTR i have right now.

if it's possible and you don't want to cut out either one of them at this point, LTR the one who's most likely to leave you if you don't "fully" commit and tell the other, as cruel as it sounds, stuff like: "let us see how things develop / we're having such a beautiful time right now, i wouldn't want to risk that / that you need some more time but feel so strongly for her that you're already basically close to being together"

what i ended up doing was telling one, when i was in a similar situation, that i had too much stress at school and planned to move away in a few months because i wanted to study in another city, and wouldn't want to waste her time until then (took me 2 years after that to actually move away)

was better than getting caught cheating, even though i also had that and it didn't turn out too well, and i still regret hurting her because i unironically really cared for and she called me crying one too many times than i'm willing to admit
