Can I mew with teeth slightly touching the incisors/canines?

I’ve heard to avoid it due to the high force your tongue can product, however (probably due to my narrow palate) if feels uncomfortable and I can’t maintain the posture. Also does it matter if lower incisors/canines slightly touch the tip of the tongue cause that also feels more comfortable than the ‘proper’ way of mewing

idk what the fuck ur trying to do but mewing is just pressing your tongue against the roof of your mouth and holding it in that position

Lmao yeah but when I research proper technique many say your tongue shouldn’t touch any teeth as it can possibly move them slightly over time
