Can I microdose accutane-(5-10mg) while using Azelaic acid(AM) and Hydroquinone4%-Tretinoin0.025%(PM)

The thing is I was on hydroquinone + tret treatment for like 3 months, then I stopped hydroquinone for another 3 months. Meanwhile I hopped on 20% azelaic acid during the break.

Now I’m about to start my second hydroquinone cycle and this time I’m thinking of introducing Accutane mainly for what it does to the nose shrinking sebaceous glands, reducing excess oil, tightening up pores, lowering inflammation potentially nuking all the nose falios I got.

Beware of irritation and titrate your topicals slowly so your skin can adjust.
