Can I microdose Accutane while I’m on tret?

I know that both can dry out my skin, and I also know that combining them could fuck up my skin barrier.
The Accutane dose would only be 5 mg per day, and my 0.025% tretinoin cream isn't clearing up my mild acne.

I also have acne scars, and trying to fade them while I keep getting new pimples is annoying.

Yes actually, newer studies showed just how exaggerated the skin barrier disruption was on accutane, advocating for minimally invasive Microneedling (0.25mm - 0.5mm) and even low dose topical retinoid. So typically anywhere up to 20-25mg daily iso is fine.

Because of the efficacy and cost-benefit relationship of isotretinoin in the treatment of acne compared to other therapeutic approaches, further use low dose isotretinoin in the described settings seems to justified.
