Can I microneedle on 20mg?

I’m on 20mg. The dermatologist I go to is full of ignorant bluepilled PAs who basically just ignored my requests to immediately start treating my scars, even though most studies say that minor treatments such as microneedling and peels are highly effective on accutane. They were also hella vague talking to me which pissed me off so I’ll probably switch providers.

Do yall recommend I go shop around at more derm practices to see if they will do treatments or should I just microneedle myself ASAP. I’m planning to microneedle myself indefinitely once I’m off accutane so this is more of just a time question of whether it’s all good to start now.

Anyone ever been in this situation before?

Thinking of hopping on MK677 but idk enough about the sides yet.

mk677 sides are a joke. insulin resitance is easily mitgatable with berberine when on mk
