Well you could start by taking a side photo correctly, taking it lower down will make you look worser, and honestly you look alright even with the bad angle.

I would say lose face fat but the front pic looks lean so idk, I would also train neck muscles to make side look better, and if you are in puberty do lots of hard chewing so that your jaw can develop more and make the jaw angle look better. Your hair is really good too, do not change that as that fits you well.
