Can I (NEA) get canthoplasty to have hunter eyes?

My eyes are already nearly ideal hunter-wise because I have no UEE, double eyelids, wide PFL and PCT with neutral hooding, but the canthus looks weird because it has an epicanthal fold, would it be possible to get rid of that and have De Poot/O'Pry's eye shape?


Not self-hating BTW because most Han Chinese have double eyelids without epicanthal folds I just happen to have double eyelids with epicanthal folds
