Father still has all his hair and hairline despite how old he is. Yet at 16 I already started to lose hair. Hairloss can come from your mom's side too and since she is a female she wont display signs but still pass the hairloss.

Problem with that theory is I'm 100% sure I'm not balding since i have had this hairline litteraly forever
