The reason I ask is because there is a girl I like at my school and there is less than a week left for me to try before I graduate.


obviously I know I’ll be left for chad, or even hmtn. But before I wasn’t even able to pull online. But now I have no struggle with that (obviously they get bored of me and leave because I’m not that attractive) but at least I’m good enough for them to chose me when they never did before. First of all, I'm not an expert on this so don't take what I'm telling you literally, you have good cheekbones, that's the only good thing you can have, at your age I guess you're not going to grow anymore, so I recommend using insoles and going up about ≈ 7 cm, in addition to wearing shoes with a lot of sole that are high so your foot doesn't come out, (Jordan 1 for example) you have 0 structure in your body and in the rest of your face, do bonesmashing by eating well, hit yourself once a week on the chin in the lower area and forward, in addition to stretching your neck up while mewing to have that area more flexible and make a deeper and more comfortable mewing, I don't know much about hormones so I don't talk about that, regarding the body I recommend you go to the gym right now, do a lot of shoulder, back, neck and arm, the arms are what you'll notice the most, do an Arnold x PPL split (Chest, Triceps, Shoulder / Back, Biceps / Leg / Chest, Back) / Arm ) that distributed for a week, in addition to training your abdomen on rest days, I don't know what else to tell you other than softmaxing, do the typical things, sleep more than 8 hours, do cardio hit to increase growth hormone, take multivitamins, collagen + magnesium, debloat... the typical things.
