Is it that bad?
In that case a lip lift or (lip implant, idk not knowledgeable on it) could be worth it. be careful tho since they can get botched quite easily
I'd say just do a full stubble with it since i think it'd make you look better in general

You look older than 19 tho tbh. The moustache looks fine imo otherwise u can use a stubble if it's that bad to you, but you don't look bad with it.

Don’t think I would get surgery for it but I feel that it looks pretty bad. I’m still waiting for my soul patch area to fill in so don’t think I can do full stubble.

If you wanted you could get fillers specifically to define the philtrum and potentially make it look less like a monkey. However the moustache does look like shit just grow a normal stubble if that is the route you are taking.

Depends on the face, his makes him look like a monkey a little bit. The main issue with yours is the length compared to chin height, the prominence only amplifies that, a lip lift would benefit you.
