i don't know if you see this, actual hollow cheeks with like a visible line such as what you're showing is extremely rare. they look unnatural if they're not coupled with extreme jaw, zygos and forward growth. if you would cut down in weight you might get to some chico tier hollow cheeks but i don't think it will look like this.
