If you continuously ran cold water on your eyelids it would be more effective than just ice. This is obviously assuming ice hooding isn’t cope which it most definitely is. Also this seems quite dangerous I would imagine ice is used so you can wrap it in a cloth to prevent damage to the skin from the coldness.

Yeah too cold water could damage my skin. How often you think that i can use cold water to prevent damages? And how many seconds per session would be good?

Use an ice pack and run it under cold water at the same time to indirectly reduce the heat gradient between your eyes and the ice pack (continuously cooling the ice pack). It’s basically indirectly running water on your eyes.
