Depends on what you mean by defficiency, almost no one has enough hgh naturally to the point where their height couldnt benefit from more
if u have good sleep, lifestyle and diet then you wouldnt benefit from gh in terms of height, theres multiple stiudies where ppl end up shorter than they suppossed to be while on gh
