Mom is 5,1 and dad is 5,4.Im 61 and 5,9…I feel like I have been getting growing pains in my Achilles tendent,knees and hips,mom won’t let me get my growth plates checked either because it costs money.I am probably coping but I don’t remember having a growth spurt during teen years so I am hoping I’m late bloomer and there is still hope to not be manlet.

you're wayyyyyy more than lucky to be 5'9 with those genetics of your parents.

Btw where do you live or what is your region? It matters a lot because 5'9" can be short in Europe but tall in Asia

Google told me the avg height is 5'10" in Ireland so it might not be over for you

Basically you've got 2 options because like I said you're lucky to be this tall with such genetics:

>hop on a cycle for height increasing (won't recommend since the results varies and cycles are money draining

>or fraud to the avg height in your region using thick soled shoes+height increasing soles. If done right, you can get an extra 3 inches in height (could be more depending on how far you can take this shit jfl)
