I think it’s just bad health indicators idk I’ve never been able to tan around the eyes, is there anything for that

That's weird I've never heard of anyone having that problem. Idk if you don't wear sunglasses it could be from the angle the sun is at whenever you're outside?? Maybe try laying flat out whenever it's nice out but that's the only thing I could think of naturally. Other than that you could get a light spray tan to cover your eye area, or experiment with melanotan.
