Side is really good frontal is hardstuck hmtn lhtn IMO because of the IPD and the nose throwing lots of proportions off. This is just my opinion i think irl you'd be a cool mhtn.
rn i’m like 25 bf and i’m getting on accutane so nose is gonna get less inflamed and tbh i neglected hydrocortisone method bc i was gonna get accutane but once i leanmax and hop on accutane that should be fixed
LHTN clear your skin lean maxx a bit more whiten your sclera it looks bit dull or its because of your camera too and shape your eye brow to more sharper look you do have a great bone structure you can also try a light stubble or shave your beard

Hydrocortisone and isotretinoin are overrated in terms of nose shrinkage. Especially when you’re not a sickly old fella. May improve a tad tho.
