yeah u can good potential go to gym and do recomposition u still need to grow cutting ur bf heavily will be bad for ur height so just do recomposition it will take like 6-12 months i think

u look hispanic. bad pigmentation. its pretty hard to reach Htn when ur phenotype comes with bad coloring. like u probaly have potential for Hmtn max without hardmaxxes but thats stretching it. Htn is just hella rare around top 1-3% face

I have Nordic genes too , i am just a bit high bf% in that pic imo i could reach lhtn without hmtn but it’s your opinion
