Im sure its possible but instead of trying to lose 15 pounds in a month by eating nothing and exercising and almost killing yourself and then relapsing after 15 days and binging due to mind bending hunger and exhaustion, just stop eating so many carbs eat less overall and do some cardio

I’ve previously lost 20 pounds in the span of 8 months, but I really wasn’t strict then and probably could’ve lost it in a much shorter amount of time. It was probably mostly water weight that l lost then too, considering I was skinnier, but more so skinny fat than lean

Yea if you fast and excercise

water weight, even if you don't eat at all for 3 days, you will lose at most 2 pounds

One meal a day diet, essentially fasting.

Make sure that one meal is large nutritious and satiating.
