Can I recover from acne scars?

I used to have really good skin until a few years ago I broke out in cystic acne. It left behind shallow scarring on my cheek which I would say is my biggest failio as well as uneven coloring like red spots.

Im willing to spend a good amount of money to revert the damage, but I heard chemical peels and other surgerys dont really fix them. I look handsome asf on face app with retouch tool so I wanna go all in on whatever works. Anyone got any success? Or advice on evening out my faces color?

Btw, Im gonna be going on accutane before getting anything done. Would be retarded to spend all that money just to get more scars.

Yes, you can but diet is important. Along with that, I generally use spf50, moisturisers from la roche posay along with tret from skinorac and it works

Are you sure its 100% scars or is it post inflammatory erythema?
