Can I remove a mole by scraping it off with my nail over time

I have a rather small mole next to my mouth, so can i just scrape it off. It isn't a bump in the skin, it has no "height/volume". It's just a surface level brown mole

Doctor? Do they really do that stuff? Shouldn't i go to dermatologist?

i think so.. just ring up a dermatologist and ask if they freez off small moles.. dont make an appointment and waste 100 dollars if they dont tell you before yes or no because dermatolists are known for dragging out appointments for money
