Can I safely insert fat in foot sole to increase height?

Just wondering. I don't mind feeling like I'm stepping in goo every time I walk as long as it gives me 0.5-1 inch height.

Stretching definitely can work, especially loosening up hip flexors if they’re tight. Don’t underestimate stretching as cope as it sounds.
