I got a little resecced chin is there any other way to fix this expect surgery I wanted to get a braces so my lower jaw is getting pushed forwarded but my teeth is already connecting so I may be cooked . I do some chin tucks and neck curls but idk if they are going to help

Chin tucks and neck curls dont change your bones, it only helps with posture, and hyoid. The only way to fix your chin is surgery.

surgery and posture is the only way to improve chin projection.

also work on ur hyoid bone

chin tucks tighten the hyoid muscle which is good

your chin isn’t optimal but you aren’t terribly recessed, u still are well within the normal range

you can get surgery if you wish
