They’d probably slice your skull in half. Try increasing your lips size vertically somehow, unless your eyes are close set it should work.

No Surgery that I know of,but there are ways you can maybe offset it with Facial Hair like growing a thick
Beard/Goatee,or styling your hair in a fringe to shorten the overall length of your face

I’m pretty sure you can increase your ipd which would also shorten your midface I think @RealSurgerymax has performed it. Idk the name though
