Discussion Can I/should I get rhinoplasty with a similar effect to pinching my nose?

I can look in the mirror while pinching my nose for hours at a time, for I look so chad compared to my usual subhuman visage. Wearing my nose-pinching device at night hasn’t worked… in fact, I think it may have hypertrophied my nasalis

I’m probably gonna get rhino to fix my flat nose bridge but might also make my nose slimmer since it even helps my IPD a little and helps to whitemax me closer to the Aryan ideal. The problem is that it impairs breathing and I’m not sure if it’s even the best result maybe lengthening the tip would be enough without slimming the nose.

You are correct. Nose is much easier to fix than the failos you mentioned. I plan on genio and lefort 1 as well hopefully some rotation on lefort 1 will help my midface even if it’s slight. I don’t want to shave bone and so I can’t fix my ES ratio
