Can I smoke on accutane?

So i want to smoke while on accutane but obviously i get blood tested every month, i get blood tested in about 2 weeks, is it safe to smoke now? Or is it possible my doctor finds out?

I’m obviously assuming your on accutane to improve skin quality so smoking will damage your collagen which is counter productive. Good luck.

they are testing your liver and cholesterol not testing your blood for drugs lol

i smoke every day and use rec drugs and my dermatologist has never mentioned anything about it
