Can i start off with 20% azelaic acid?

Im currently using 0.025% tretinoin and slowly upping the amount of weekly usage until i can use it daily, i want to start using azelaic acid when my skin gets fully adapted but i dont have a source for 15% azelaic acid and i heard 10 doesnt do a lot, could i start by just using 20% straight up?

20% creme is less effective than 15% gel but still works well ig. Just use a moisturizer before applying the azelaic acid and start of 3 days a week slowly build tolerance you know how ts works...
