Can i start using roids if i have kidney disease?

I have PKD which is a kidney disease where cysts slowly develop on the kidney over time, because of that ive ruled out ever using peps like HGH/MK677 because i know those are extremely bad for your kidney.

Im not retarded i know there will of course be negative health affects if i use Steroids but i just dont want to fall over and die.

(my PKD isnt currently very developed and is in an early stage)

are there certain steroids that are less harmful towards your kidney
