I wake up at 8am, drink a 230 calorie 42g protein shake, then I drink alot of water throughout the day, at 11, I eat a 150 calorie 16g protein bar, and then I eat around 1000-1300 calories that consists of rice and chicken at around 8pm. Can this affect bone growth?
