Can I starvemaxx and still build bones or am I fucking myself?

I wake up at 8am, drink a 230 calorie 42g protein shake, then I drink alot of water throughout the day, at 11, I eat a 150 calorie 16g protein bar, and then I eat around 1000-1300 calories that consists of rice and chicken at around 8pm. Can this affect bone growth?

just eat very nutrient rich foods like raw liver/meat, fruits, raw milk and dairy, and hella supplements, u shouldnt defecit too much in puberty tho

Im just tired of being 16% bf chud ngl
 
Ehh kinda, I mean if ur a late bloomer then yes, but if ur puberty started early enough then ig not. But my advice is to never starvemax
how much calories a day then? I do nothing 1 day then I do a fullbody eod and I burn 300 calories on the treadmill on that day, Im 17 6'0 and 167lbs rn

it typically lasts like 2 hours of working out

instead of leanmaxxing, should I just body recomp until im older?
