do not do a crazy cut in puberty even if ur obese, but keep ts in mind whatever you do

organ meats have the most vitamins and nutrients and are low calorie

if you eat like shit in puberty u will regret it for ur entire life

I mean my plan was just to like stop eating overall for a couple of days, and idk what foods to eat i can look into it tho, but ik that less fatty foods are just better and i will stop eating the goyslop
 
who said less fatty foods are better? fats are necessary for your hormones. take your bw and divide it by 2, thats how much fat you need to eat. You need to get your macros in order, eat red meat, chicken breast and thighs, ground beef, beef liver, beef heart, and so many other options.

Why on God's green Earth would your father be wrong? Think about it. I think you should download one of those apps. Macros are proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. They show on the back. Please educate yourself about nutrition before starvemaxxing.
