can I get surgeries like chin implants and lip lift and still do martial arts after recovery without botching the surgery afterwards?

There isn't very much striking correct? That's okay but I'd just stay active and do drills on your own that would be brutal if you wasted all your money and hard work to get punched in the dome and have ur chin protrude metal
