Yesterday I met a guy who got a perm and it looked soo natural (I thought it was his natural hair) but then he said its a perm and I asked him if I have enough length for a perm (when stretched my hair reaches my bottom lip but my hair is mildly wavy…and he straight told me that I have to have straight hair for a perm and that if I even have even the slightly wavy hair that perm won’t work for me.Is this true?
