Can i still get Accutane if my acne disappeared ?

3 weeks ago my acne went crazy and i made an appointment with a derm, the appointment is for next week but most of the acne has dissapeared, can the guy still prescribe accutane?

depends, mind showing ur face or ur acne spots that disappeared? if it cleared 100% with not a single blemish then u dont. also whats ur age?

I would think it doesn't help, since it dries the skin that should lead to the promotion of wrinkles and lines

they prescribe it if its persistent, if its gone why would you want it anyway

dry skin is way worse.
If you're not on aas your sebum production shouldn't be through the room as long as you maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle

dry skin is more ideal, im not saying dry like skin is tight or flaking just where u dont feel any oil when u touch ur skin.
acne is caused by excess sebum

yeah and oily isn't good either. clean and hydrated is best. Accutane makes it very hard to hydrate it and keep it hydrated.
