Can i still get forward growth at 17? (Pic)

Hey its me welli and im 17 years old,

I wanted to ask if i can get forward growth at the age of 17 and if yes how? Ofc the basics sleep 8-10 hours and much protein, calcium, vitamin d and so on. (Also please ignore my horroble infras)

You would need corrective orthrodontics and surgery at your age.My guess is that you are done with puberty so your maxilla and mandible are not growing any more forwards. My advice would be to find a way of making money so you can fund your surgeries when you are more emotionally mature and ready to consider the risks of surgeries like Le Fort or Jaw advancement surguries

Bro i tought it will begin now. But it ended before it even began. How is it possible to have a resceced maxilla if i even have an overbite 🫩. Its so over man

Thanks for the advice. Even tho I cant believe im finished with puperty i still look the same since 14 and not even have a beard. Wtf is wrong with my body (not emotional but totally serious). I also have an overbite which doesnt make it better

Can i do anything about that? I know it sounds dumb but i really ate too less protein at age 0-16 and unhealthy livestyle also slept bad and overall really REALLY bad. I tought changinf my livestyle would do that. My only hope is my x-ray im getting and maybe if im lucky im a latebloomer with 14 year old bone age.

No Don’t. Especially If you have poor Androgen receptor sensitivity or density in your pituitary gland Test to HGH conversion will not be favorable for you. You will just get shrunken balls,acne,balding if your scalp is sensitive to DHT
