mewing is generally useless, unless you're 8 all you'll do is flare your teeth. once someone goes through puberty and skeletal maturity is reached, the sutures of the maxilla and the growth plates of the mandible fuse and calcify, meaning you can't grow it naturally anymore. if you want to check if there's still possiblity of growth, u can get a ceph x-ray, they do this during standard orthodontic evaluations. if you're between cvm 3-4, you can get stuff like rpe for widening the upper jaw and a herbst appliance for forward growth. if not, wait till you finish your growth and go under the knife, boyo.
