I wear sun screen cause I’m out all day it’s just hard to not burn on accutane I usually don’t ever get burned

yes. I have been using spf 60 in uv 9-6. id recommend being in the sun for 2-3 hours TOPs. I've developed a great tan doing so, I also have elite tanning genetics so who knows, good luck

IDK why, but this is incredibly true... like it is unbelievable how my skin clears up if I eat a lot of meat an less carbs (still a fair amount tbh)
